Director of Engineering - Eric Grote

In the role of Director of Engineering, Eric will serve as a part of the Becker Leadership Team. He will be responsible for planning, design, and enhancement of our product offerings as well as developing new system designs for new growth markets and offerings. Eric will continue his role with complex customer needs, applications and pricing.

Director of Business Development - Alex Stegeman

Becker is thrilled to announce that Alex Stegeman has been appointed as the Director of Business Development for Becker Engineered Systems. Alex brings more than 16 years of experience in the industry. Since joining Becker in August of 22, Alex has a track record of outstanding contributions to our company. Alex is the ideal candidate to lead our business development efforts into the future. Alex will serve as part of the Becker Leadership Team. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional strategic vision, unparalleled dedication, and a passion for driving growth and innovation. His deep understanding of our industry landscape, combined with his strong relationships and keen market insights, have been instrumental in shaping our business strategies and securing key partnerships.

Inventory Operations Manager - Misty Brammer

Congratulations to Misty Brammer on her well-deserved promotion to Inventory Operations Manager here at Becker Engineered Systems! Her transition from Technical Support Sales Specialist to this critical role highlights her capability to drive operational excellence and manage complexities with precision. Applications Engineer - Evan Humpert

Evan joined the team May 20th, full time, as Applications Engineer. His primary duties will be assisting clients with system designs, technical support, and implementation of Becker Connected Systems remote monitoring solutions. Evan just graduated from Ohio State with his degree in Chemical Engineering. Greg Tankersley, President, said, “We are excited to have Evan join our team full time. The past two years he has worked as an intern showing extraordinary desire to learn and assist clients and the Becker Team. He has embodied our core values of Drive, Agile, Team Identity and Epistemophilia. He has also completed the Iwaki / Walchem Training Certification for Mag Drive and AODD line of pumps. His inherent abilities, extensive education and work experience uniquely position him as a key contributor to the service of our customer and the continued growth of our company. The Becker Engineered Systems team is excited to welcome Jerri Hall to the Board of Advisors. Jerri is the Owner and Managing Director of Integral Ops, LLC, a management consulting firm. With an extensive background as a Senior HR Leader in diverse industries, she is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She has a proven track record of success in navigating the complexities of human resources and organizational dynamics. We welcome you, Jerri, to the team and look forward to the wisdom you'll bring to the table!

Becker Engineered Systems is thrilled to welcome Kelly Flerlage, a seasoned leader, currently serving as CEO of TDG Facilities Services LLC, a privately owned company with headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the Board of Advisors. With over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations, she has cultivated a deep understanding of strategic planning and corporate governance. Kelly began her career in various accounting and finance roles primarily in the marketing and advertising industry. Her business acumen and financial insights led her to a finance and operations leadership role in a private high school, and later to a leadership role in grants and government programs for a non-profit organization focused on growth in manufacturing. Kelly is known for her collaborative leadership style, empowering teams to achieve their full potential within a culture of accountability and integrity. With a passion for data-driven insights to support informed decision-making, Kelly is committed to driving business growth and optimizing operational efficiency in her current role as CEO in the facilities management industry.
